„The staff at this hotel was very friendly and helpful. The room was quite nice. The bed was very comfortable. One of the best beds I’ve had in a hotel. The room was clean. I didn’t care for the anti-slip strips in the bottom of the bathtub. They were loose and made it sticky. Other than that, no complaints. The breakfast (food) area was clean and offered a nice variety. “

„The condo was great. It was in a great location and walking distance to the main hotel and shops. We were there for a Lacrosse tournament and the condo was very close to the fields too. It was also close to the trails and tennis courts. We can't wait to come back for some skiing. The property manager was in great communication with us too.“

„Beautiful old house in a beautiful neighborhood very close to the lake and downtown. Louisa was our hostess. She was very friendly and helpful even ran to the Grey Gables restaurant next door to make our dinner reservation for us. We had the room off the living area so there was a little noise when the restaurant patrons left for the evening but it was very brief and no trouble at all.
