„Our room ended up having bed bugs. When I brought this up to the gentleman at the front desk, he said “I’ll have a manager contact you after an investigation. You probably brought them from home.” Wouldn’t give me the managers number, and couldn’t, and wouldn’t discuss anything else. Very disappointed in this property. I travel quite often for work, and frequent Holiday Inn. I absolutely will not be returning to a HI in the future. “

„Whoever was in there before me must’ve liked popcorn because the carpet still had popcorn on it, especially underneath the desk. I just cleaned it up myself and did not say anything to the front desk receptionist. Bed was clean so I guess that’s all it matters.“

The manager, Rakesh Goswami, went above and beyond to make sure everything was taken care of—his helpfulness truly made a difference in our stay. Our housekeeper was also exceptional, keeping everything clean, comfortable, and welcoming.
