„Das Personal ging auf unsere Anfragen nicht ein. Das Zimmer war schmutzig, alt und stinkig. Auf zweimalige Anfrage für einen Wechsel wurde nur der Kopf geschüttelt. Die Kakerlake im Bett war „der“ Punkt, der den schlechten ersten Eindruck des Hotels nur bestätigte. Der Preis, den wir für die Übernachtungen zahlten, rechtfertigt niemals das Angebot. „Check-in was very simple, the property very clean and the host very helpful over the phone. We arrived late in the evening and it was so wonderful to arrive to the suite with the pullout bed made up already and a beautiful bottle of Prosecco and two glasses set out. We felt so very welcomed. A great location and a classy set up. “
