„Stayed there for several days on a business trip. Clean, friendly staff, good breakfast, clean and comfortable room. Would come back dor sure!“

„No hot water to take a shower. Offered new room the morning we were checking out so didn't have time. Wash rags had lot of dark stains on them. Requested full or partial refund. Crystal at front desk said he had to talk to manager at 10:00 am and would call me. It has been two days and still no response. “

„We had a wonderful stay! The staff was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and accommodating throughout our entire visit. Our room was clean and comfortable, and the pool area was well-maintained and enjoyable for both adults and kids. One thing we really appreciated was the location. It was easy to get to and conveniently close to the highway, but without the constant noise and heavy traffic you often find at hotels right on the interstate. It made for a much more relaxing stay. „Trash was all over the floor in the hallway, walked into the room to see bugs all over the place and the room looked like it was never cleaned from the guest before. Walked back to the front desk and checked out. The employee was not at all surprised when I mentioned the bugs. Spent about 5 minutes there.“

„The property was o.k. The HVAC in the room was incredibly noisy. We could not sleep so we turned it off. The room then became very hot and stuffy. The bed was fine. The blankets and sheets were serviceable but should have already been replaced. There was no extra pillow or blanket. Accommodation was minimal. I would have expected more for the price of the room.“

„We had a king bed with a pull out sofa. The pull out sofa was broken and once we were able to get it out the mattress was stained with what looked like blood. Super super nasty. They don't do room service unless you are there for longer than 2 nights so we did not have clean towels the second morning. We had to go find towels and they only gave us 3 to start with. Towel quality was pretty sad as well. Thin very used towels.“

„Das Hotel ist in die Jahre gekommen, es war mal ein Sheraton Hotel wurde aber offensichtlich ein Wyndham verkauft und seither nicht mehr gepflegt. Im Pool ist ein Speckrand, es gibt keine Duschen, einige Dachplatten sind defekt. In der Lobby gibt es eine Bar, die aber nicht geöffnet wird. Essensreste von anderen Gästen bleiben lange stehen. Das Frühstück zeichnet sich durch viel Einwegverpackung aus und es wird nur unregelmäßig nachgefüllt.“

„Only problem I had which I didn't tell the staff because it wasn't that big of a deal was that in my sweet one of the TVs did not work which was fine everything else the staff when I asked help about the hot tub which was very nice size compared to other places that claim that have a hot tub which really is just a tub enough for one person this time gave me room.“

„I checked in before checking the room and I was so disgusted! There was dried food on the walls. Spilled drinks along the walls & bugs in every corner! Even roaches shells were all over. I felt so unsafe there and disgusted! I’ve been trying to get my refund for over a week & they still haven’t paid it back. I DO NOT RECOMMEND ANYONE STAYING HERE!“
