„Das Hotel war großartig. Wir wurden beim Check-in gefragt ob wir daily Cleaning wünschen. Wir wollten das täglich das Bett gemacht wird aber frische Tücher und Bettwäsche muss nicht täglich sein. Am ersten der 3 Tage kamen sie nur den WC-Deckel reparieren. Am 2. Tag hatten wir wieder Trinkgeld auf dem Bett gelassen mit einer Notiz. Das Geld wurde genommen, frische Tücher gebracht, aber nichts geputzt und nicht mal das Bett gemacht. War enttäuschend. Beim Check-out habe ich das Personal ...

After multiple calls to the Front Desk, they told us the remote for the living room ran both TV's and the hotel was full so they had no other remote. Turns out Rm 215 was the only room with the problem. They finally got us a remote on Saturday. As for housekeeping, they did NOT clean our room the entire stay.
