„ist sehr nahe Nationalmuseum und der entsprechenden Transmilenio Haltestelle, sehr viele Sehenswürdigkeiten sind einfach mit diesen Bussen zu erreichen. Frühstücksbuffet gut.“

„Hotel und Personal waren gut. Das Frühstücksangebot ließ zu wünschen übrig. Einen Tag kein Käse, den anderen Tag kein Schinken...auf Nachfrage lediglich Ausreden.“

„Rustige straat, heel gezellig hotel, super vriendelijke staff.“

„Freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal. Zimmer sind groß, dass Bett ist bequem. Leider ist der Frühstücksraum zu klein. Ich musste einmal später wieder kommen und am Abreisetag ging gar nichts. Man hat mir aber ein Lunchpaket angeboten. Nur war leider auch kein warmes Wasser zum Duschen bei so vielen Leuten vorhanden. Ich musste zweimal kalt duschen. Die Umgebung ist jedoch schön. Viele Restaurants und Cafés. Es gibt viel zu sehen.“

„The people who have complained about the staff are INCREDIBLY WRONG. the staff are beyond amazing helpful, and kind. The breakfast is,amazing. Rooms are a little dated. Mattress is not great..but ok! rooms are a good size. The neighborhood is not that great..you just need to be smart.“

„Tolles Hotel mit einzigartigen kolonialem Charme. Komfortable authentische Zimmer, tolles Frühstücksbuffet, super Lage und Atmosphäre. Insbesondere stachen der Service und die Freundlichkeit ALLER Mitarbeiter hervor. Ein ganz besonderer Dank gilt Kathrin. Wir freuen uns, wiederzukommen!“

„The staff were helpful and the room was clean. I like having coffee in my room and that was not possible. Had to wait till 7:30 AM for the restaurant to open. Or get dressed and walk around the corner. But overall, it was a comfortable visit in a fantastic neighborhood And I appreciate the kindness and helpfulness of the staff.“

„I first was introduced by Orlando by mail sending a warm welcome. Then I met Armando at the hotel. Very kind and smiley. Orlando support me with WhatsApp very fast when needed. For sure I will go back to this place another time. I loved the place, the managers and it's only 2 minutes from bus station Museo Nacional bus M86 (airport) and 5 minutes walk from the mall. The mini kitchen have all you might need to cook and eat properly. They are very conscientious.“
