Modern apartment near Scheveningen beach

Welcome to our newly renovated holiday home, just two minutes from the beach and boulevard. This charming retreat offers a perfect blend of comfort and convenience for an unforgettable experience.

Each apartment is independent and fully equipped with a private bathroom, kitchen featuring a stove, microwave/oven, dishwasher, refrigerator and washer/dryer. The bed is freshly made upon arrival, and neccesities such as toilet rolls, coffee and teabags needed for the first few days are provided.

You can enjoy the convenience of an independent check-in process, arriving at any time after 3 pm using a pre-communicated entry code. Our host team is always available to assist with any questions and to provide recommendations for the numerous restaurants, bars, and shops in the neighborhood.

Please note that your room will only be cleaned before your stay. You can request additional cleaning and linnen change for a surcharge. Please askm the host team during your stay.
HOUSE RULES

To ensure a pleasant stay for everyone, please read and follow the house rules below:

* No parties or events are permitted.
* Smoking is not allowed anywhere inside the apartment.
* Pets are not permitted.
* Only registered guests are allowed to stay in the apartment.
* Please respect the noise curfew and keep noise to a minimum, especially during quiet hours.
* Turn off the air conditioning whenever you leave the apartment.
* Please respect the check-in and check-out times. Late check-out without prior approval will result in a €250 fine.
* Keys: Please handle the keys with care. Use one key to access the apartment and keep the second key in the key box.
* If you are locked out and the host team needs to assist, a €120 call-out fee will apply and must be paid immediately.
* Lost keys will incur a €85 replacement fee.
* Please take good care of the apartment. Guests may be held liable for any damages that occur during their stay.
* Do not rearrange the furniture.
* Please wash and put away your dishes after use.
* Please take out the trash before departure.
* Illegal substances are strictly prohibited on the premises.
* Please use the extractor hood when using the kitchen or bathroom to ensure proper ventilation.
* Commercial activities (such as filming, photoshoots, or business use) are not allowed unless approved by Four Star Apartments.
* Any illegal activity is strictly forbidden and will result in immediate eviction without refund.

Four Star Apartments reserve the right to impose fines of up to €1,000 or immediate eviction without refund, depending on the severity of the violation.
