„Just the fact that it is 1930s vintage says a lot. Check-in and directions super easy. There was a surprise batch of cookies and a fireplace starter which were both delightful. Kitchen and bathrooms were well-stocked. Bedrooms very small but the outside front porch, back porch and yard provided cool places to relax and unwind. Near-by Usher Park a perfect place for small children. “

„First of all, this place is just gorgeous. The decor, cleanliness and cozy feel can't be beat. Yes, the lack of running water is challenging, but I had a warm shower each day and even managed to shave. Cooking, washing and showering just took longer. I wasn't in a rush. My only complaint is the incinerator toilet. I think my bladder is just too large, so caution there. Otherwise, it worked well. The communication was rapid and effective. I'd stay here again for sure!“

„Our stay was very nice. Place was clean and organized. We are a family of 4, Three adults and a teen. The sofa/futon is a pull out double bed. It was ok. If left open to bed, not much room during the day with kitchen so close. The drive to the lake was short and very nice. Lots of places to eat in the area. Great shops in area. All in all, a very nice place to stay. “

„We had an awesome week of great weather. There was more than enough room for our family of 13 adults and 2 babies and every house was fully equipped in the kitchens. The lake is so clean and beautiful and the set up of the docks is perfect. The sunsets were amazing. Deb was so helpful and very quick to respond to us when we needed something. Would return next year.“

„We absolutely loved our stay in the cabins! They were warm and cozy, making for an amazing experience. Being by the river was incredible - falling asleep to the sound of the water was pure bliss. We also had a blast swimming in the lake with the baby. The cabin itself was spotless and very welcoming. Overall, we'd give it a well-deserved 5 out of 5 stars. Can't wait to come back!“
