The space
🥇This place is amazing; everyone loves it, and I'm sure you will too!

🎪 Being that the home is built into a hill there are two levels; completely separate regarding driveway, entrance, carport/covered patio and the living space. (See More after cleaning)

🚨YOU MUST BRING YOUR OWN SHEETS & TOWELS!!!

CLEANING:
🚨We have a SELF CLEANING POLICY; there are NO cleaning fees!
UNLESS you want to have us clean; if so, its a $60 fee.
(We will need to know this ahead of time so we can arrange it.)

🏅WE PAY A PROFESSIONAL CLEANING COMPANY to deep clean - minimum (2x) PER MONTH

- Our Beds and pillows have waterproof bed covers; they STAY ON the bed or get immediately replaced.


The comforters/Quilts stay on the beds or are immediately replaced; we wash them weekly or as needed.

- All this info applies to the provided air mattress as well.

My family 👨‍👧‍👦and I live and work on the 2nd level and have two loving dogs 🐶 and lots of guests.
I am always available, however generally we don't interact with guests unless they choose to engage us.🌈
We have kayak🛶, coolers, sports equipment, bandaids, fishing poles 🎣and a half of lifetime of other crap we're happy to let you use.
🎖This is a fun place to stay, there's lots of privacy and nature💐; yet a short walk to town with all the shopping, restaurants, liquor stores, and specialty places like "The Ugly rooster cafe" 🐔 you'll certainly enjoy!

You can have a camp fire 🪵🔥and relax in the hammock🏕 (firewood not always provided)

We hire a professional year round pest control company to ensure theres no critters around.

There are a few locked doors like the mechanical room, storage room and the electrical room.
Other things to note
Look in the house manual for FREE 🍻, ☕️, soup or candy 🍭 ; friends of mine have graciously provided these just for visiting them & showing your VRBO receipt! 😋
Also, There's no keys 🔑 to lose at this place; all you need is a code to gain entry. 🥳

Our pet fee is per pet, per trip!
