„When we entered the room, there was a very bad smell of stale air, dust, and dampness. Many areas were dusty, and the kitchen utensils were incredibly dirty—we couldn’t even touch them. The bathroom was old, the water pressure was very low, and the sink was clogged. The bed was uncomfortable, with one side sunken in. The sheets and pillows did not seem to have been washed, and the duvet was thrown inside the closet. We could not spend any time in the room at all and only came back to sleep.“

Short walk to the slopes made it so convenient for the skiers and a short ride down the mountain for the Littles in ski school. The unit was fully equipped with everything we needed. „The location was excellent, within walking distance of ski trail. Wonderful view of the ski area and surrounding mountains. The fireplace was perfect for the end of the day. Our large family had plenty of space to have fun together or chill alone. We had concerns about the cleanliness and working conditions of some electronics. Our concerns were communicated with the owner, and the response was positive. I am sure with corrections this Comfortable Berkshire Retreat will be a 5 star stay. “
