„Fantastic place. Menu in room did not specify that breakfast finished at 11 we went to the pub to get breakfast at 11.10 and told they could not serve breakfast even not a croissant which was disappointing as I had paid for it “

„Beautiful old house and grounds, with lovely rooms, spa, fabulous staff. Food was good and doggy friendly. Bar only for dogs for meals but that was not a problem for us as a couple but might be for bigger party. Afternoon tea in garden with scones and cream for 7 was fine though and doggies could join us! “

„After being placed in a cottage room which was very close to the facility hosting a wedding party We asked to be moved to a quieter part of the hotel as we were nothing to do with the wedding party. This was dealt with quickly and efficiently with no fuss. From this point onwards we received great service in a great room with excellent breakfasts We will use hotel and specific room for visiting family on future occasions.“

„Anfänglich hatten wir im Garth House ein kleines Zimmer im obersten Stock. Auch das Bad war nicht besonders gross. Nach meiner Reklamation haben wir in der 2. Nacht ein deutlich grösseres Zimmer mit grossem Bad erhalten. Der Frühstücksraum ist gegen Ende der Frühstückszeit meist übervoll. “

"Nice and calm hotel. Not much to do directly Herr, it's about 20minutes walk into Bromsgrove Center. We came here for a wedding, so it die not matter. Friendly staff, nice bar and restaurant, good breakfast which could have a little more options for foreign guests. The bed was a little too soft and small for our taste. Air condition did not work, however, they supplied a fan which did a good job"
