„Great place , classic kiwi batch with a nice kitchen and dishwasher! which was a nice surprise. Well laid out , good shower , comfy lounge ,comfy beds, beautiful views of hillside and estuary. Good parking, nice neighbors. Advice you take your own big umbrellas for shade on deck. Can park a 6mtr boat on grass then 2 to 3 vehicle's. Only con would be no details on rubbish collection. „This batch is a lovely little haven in Cook's Beach, a delightful holiday spot with everything I could have wanted.The property is as described and also super cozy, I loved the open living space with lots of light and comfy seating. The space allows for curling up with a good book while I can also imagine a whole family could easily enjoy eachother's company around the dinner table. The bedrooms are simple and I got a good night's sleep. Kitchen, bathrooms and everything else does the job ...

„It was really hard to communicate with the property manager. I kept on messaging yet no reply. Did not receive my Bach information until on the day of booking. The house was very smelly and had cockroaches everywhere. The dishes and cutlery were dirty too. The place is beautiful and few minutes walk to the beach. Quiet neighborhood. Was a great trip away. Just not happy with communication and cleaning.“
