„The first thing my husband had to fix the lock, need a better couch, no paper towels, need bigger coffee filters, there were no garbage bags, the air fresheners were empty, there were nails in the floor my husband had to hammer back down but other than that it was clean.“

Due to not enough characters here is summary: Short power shut offs bc rain, water leaks, property labeled as pet friendly but isn't w/o fee, street cats in lot, poor ventilation, flies,etc The photos are accurate and the property was clean. We noticed water seeping in through the back door that is very close to the bed. My wife got up in the middle of the night and stepped on the small pool. Additionally, the side path flooded. ...
