„We had an excellent stay at The Portland. Gabriela could not have been more helpful in advance with clear instructions and sorting a parking permit for £5 for 24 hours. The safe parking was around the posh Clarence Square not too far away. There were other places in Zone 10 too. Gabriela allowed us early access to our wonderful room (No 6) because we had a memorial service to attend and wanted to sort things before we set forth.
