Comfortable villa for small families. 5 minutes by car from Moraira and L'Ampolla beach. Located near two shopping areas ("El Planet" and "Tabaira")

It has two double bedrooms, bathroom (shower), kitchen, dining room and living room.
The exterior has a naya, large terrace, swimming pool (8x4), pergola, covered annex and barbecue.

Air conditioning in the bedrooms and mosquito nets on all windows.
For the colder months it has central heating (upon request and payment "on site")
Television with Spanish, German and French channels. Internet without cable (wifi)
Parking area inside the plot.

The plot is spacious and has a well-kept garden (lawn, palm trees, fruit trees, etc.) ideal for traveling with your pet as it will be welcome.

The "check in" will take place at the agency, with entry from 4:30 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. and "check out" (at the villa) before 10:00 a.m.

Bed linen, toilet towels, final cleaning, air conditioning (with responsible consumption) and taxes included in the price.
Baby crib up to 2 years (supplement)
Groups of young people under 30 years of age are not admitted.
Parties and events are not allowed.
No more people than those allowed can spend the night in the home.
The charging of electric vehicles is totally prohibited.
