The home is located in a private rural neighborhood.



Getting Around:

Guests may park in the driveway or the garage. The roads are maintained in the winter. Winter-capable vehicles are recommended.



Other Things to Note:

• This home has a firm maximum occupancy of 16 guests.

• Events, weddings, receptions, parties, and large gatherings are strictly prohibited.

• The attached guest house is occupied by a long-term tenant and is private and separate from the rest of the home.

• Due to the more remote location of this cabin, the satellite internet can be inconsistent in some areas of the home.

• The indoor fireplace may not be available during the summer season.

• The outdoor fire pit is disengaged for the winter season after Thanksgiving and will not be back in service until the following spring.

• Exterior cameras are located above the garage and on the north side of the home, covering the driveway and side yard only. We respect and prioritize guest privacy.
