Livingroom with Floor to Ceiling stone fireplace backed up to the lake, Dining Table for 8-10 (plus second table for 6-8 in great room), Large Kitchen with island and seating for 3 additional, sitting area, and numerous doors to the wrap around porch overlooking the lake. Wake up to breakfast and the sunrise. Have coffee on the deck while listening to the birds chirp or the deer grazing by the water. A master King Bedroom Suite completes the first floor living area with Private Master Bathroom complete with a Jet tub, double sink vanity, and shower. Walk in closet in master. Main level Laundry. Futon sitting area that can sleep two more guests. 1 Queen Bedroom with a private attached full bathroom, and another Queen Bedroom with attached Jack and Jill full Bathroom that can also be shared with the great Bunk Room that can sleep 8 (Bunk with Twin XL over Queen), 2 separate XL Twin beds, and a mostly separate/private area with a Queen Bed (this is technically part of the 4th bedroom, but functions like a 5th bedroom). Great for teens, children or guests wanting a special hideaway! COMMUNITY: Nestled high in the West Virginia Alleghenies, Alpine Lake resort is a unique, gated community set on 2,000 heavily wooded acres with an award-winning, 18-hole golf course, hiking and biking trails, and a pristine 150-acre lake fed by springs and mountain streams for fishing, swimming, and boating. Indoor swimming and fitness facilities are open to cabin guests. Private lakefront beach is great for swimming (April-September) w/ BBQ pit and picnic tables, Dog park, Tennis courts, hiking & cross-country skiing trails (maps provided in our welcome book), indoor heated pool, fitness center, restaurant & bar, mini & 18-hole golf (addt’l fee), as well as kayak and fishing on the lake. KITCHEN: Fully equipped w/full-size refrigerator, dishwasher, gas stove, microwave, dishware, cooking basics, drip coffee maker plus a Keurig, a french press, and a coffee grinder, toaster, & hot water kettle. Island with 3 seats. Select spices in the home as well. INDOOR LIVING: Vaulted ceiling with floor to ceiling gas fireplace, Flat screen Smart TV's (No Cable service but streaming available with WIFI), Dining room table seats 8-10 (plus 6 more at second adjacent table in great room), 2nd floor Loft has games/puzzles table, chess board, board games, and books and overlooks the great room also with lake views. OUTDOOR LIVING: Private wrap around deck, gas firepit table on the deck, gas grill, flat driveway and just off the main road that parallels with the lake so very easy to access. The BEST views of the Lake, Beautiful landscaping and level yard for playing ball or other outdoor fun. WiFi: Free high-speed internet OTHER: high-efficiency central heating system, with 3 thermostats for main living area, 2nd and bunk room (in case some areas are not being used), Ceiling fans in bedrooms and 3 in Great room, hair dryer, and Keyless self check-in. PARKING: Driveway (4-6 vehicles) FIREPLACE: Turned on with remote control. (Open seasonally October - March) PETS: We love furry friends but aren't welcoming pets at this time. GARAGES and BASEMENT: Not available for guest use at this time. Guests may use all of the main home and yard, with the exception of the basement and garages. Guests also have access to resort amenities. Manager is available via phone or text during your stay to answer any questions or offer suggestions, or to help with any concerns. There is self-check-in and self-check out with keyless doorpad on site. This cabin is located at Alpine Lake Resort which has a lodge offering many amenties including a beautiful lake with beach, indoor swimming pool, fitness center, playground, tennis courts, etc available to resort guests free of charge, as well as other services like kayak rentals, full service restaurant, mini-golf course, 18-hole golf course, and full bar services. No public transportation is available. A car is recommended. There are several trails for walking, hiking, and biking nearby. We ask that guests remove outdoor shoes and place in the entry closet rack or near the door in order to help us preserve the original flooring throughout the home. Please abide by Alpine Lake Resort rules including speed limits which are strictly enforced. Also, please respect our neighbors and quiet hours of 10PM-8AM. Thank you for your help with this.
