„The view here is phenomenal. The hotel offers so much peace and easy access to the lake with unlimited kayaking included in your recreation. The staff were great. I have much more positive things to say about my stay than negative…. The only thing is that I found the pool water to have an opaque color and didn’t seem as clean in comparison to crystal clear pools I’ve been too. Though regardless of that factor I would 100% come back and recommend. “

„Lovely resort. We had a very spacious room so enjoyable to be in when relaxing. Great view over the lake. Pool was nice and very clean. We arrived really late at night as our flight was pushed back 6 hours. We didn’t get there till about 12:30. We communicated with them through WhatsApp and they sent us directions on how to get in. How to find our room. And a number to call if we had problems. Which we did as Expedia’s directions took us 12 minutes away from room and in El Salvador it seems to ...

„This hotel is Overpriced, overrated and EXPENSIVE!!! The food is ok but ridiculous expensive! Rafael was our waiter at the La Pampas restaurant was very misleading and tried to trick us in to buying food the we did not order. For the amount of money what we spent on this hotel I could easily have stayed at Ritz Carlton on Central Park NY. I will never go back there again!“

„Este hotel tiene 2 cosas muy buenas: la ubicacion con vistavextrordinariaval lago, y la comida buena aunque cara. Pero la construccion, el equipamiento de las habitaciones, los materiales utilizados, todo parece un poco 'cheap', como la ducha electrica, el lavamano de 50cm sin ningun estante para colocar sus cosas, nada de armario ni de colgar su ropa, ni de poner su maleta... Lastima pero se puede mejorar facilmente!“

„The panoramic cabin is a basic shed with rudimentary electricity and plumbing. It’s more like camping with an outhouse included. There are gaps in the clapboard siding walls you can see through. It’s sold as rustic but it’s barely inhabitable. On the positive side the family that runs it were gracious and kind people. They were helpful and offered assistance in going into town.
