"This hotel has great value for money. I was very well greeted upon arrival by a Desk Manager (Mr. Ibrahim) who was always making sure that I'm having a comfortable stay. The room, which is standard, overlooked a beautiful garden with high Palm trees. The housekeeping was v. good (especially Mr. Samir). The food is OK. The hotel is a bit far from Heliopolis center. Nonetheless, Uber service is available w/o a problem. Overall, I liked the hotel and intend to visit again."
"Eine sehr gute Unterkunft liegt zentral in Heliopolis. Viele Einkaufsmöglichkeiten beziehungsweise Restaurants und Geschäfte für die Sauberkeit beziehungsweise Personal. Sehr fleißig und sehr freundlich. Am wichtigsten werde ich die Heba von Haus Keeping in der fünfte Etage eine sehr sehr freundliche und fleißige Frau noch mal vielen Dank das war eine gute und schöne Erlebnis. "
"This hotel is a dream. Very attentive staff, nice rooms and great pool area. We also liked the Chinese restaurant ! Around the hotel is absolutely nothing interesting, but it is close to the airport and if all you want is to relax at the pool, get some tan and eat nice food, maybe work out a little and take a day trip to the pyramids before returning home, this is exactly what you’re looking for. Quite close to the airport also (but you won’t hear planes!)"
