„Clean facility and good location. The staff were also nice. The downside was the hard bed and flat pillows. It was disappointing not to be able to control my own room temperature and the hot water was minimal. Breakfast and coffee are offered for a surcharge.“

„My stay here was EXCELLENT! The staff was friendly, understanding and accommodating. Our room was clean and comfortable. The breakfast was well stocked, delicious and the location was perfect as we attended a wedding at a nearby venue. I would definitely recommend your stay here!“

„Alles ein bisschen alt und dringend zu renovieren “

„Great staff“

„Das Preis Leistungsverhältnis: zu teuer “

„Schönes Hotel. Leider gab es kein Frühstück (war aber bei der Buchung als verfügbar angegeben, auch nicht zum abholen. Zimmerservice alle 5 Tage, wir waren 6 Nächte. Warum war eine Reinigung nach 3 Tagen nicht möglic?. Keine Auskunft vom Personal erhalten. Ansonsten gerne wieder.“

„Property was in a great location to downtown Temecula and wineries. Free Breakfast was better than most hotels.“

„Das Hotel ist zu empfehlen. Wir haben uns gut aufgehoben gefühlt.“

„The breakfast had a good selection and the tv channels available were great. Did not like that the walls had some cracks, the front door would get stuck and there were 2 bugs on the walls that we managed to kill. The carpet was stained as was the bench seat and the sofa/ottoman had slip covers that needed to be washed. Didn't expect a lot when I booked the room considering the price but I did expect it to be clean and at least free of bugs.“

„Overall experience is okay! My only concern was the toilet. It is old and clogged. Imagine you’re with someone and you pooped and they want to use it after you. It was an ewww experience. That was the only concern. The old toilet bowl! Replace it with newer bathroom fixtures with a bidet. Bidet nowadays is a must.“

„The pool was full of leaf litter. Didn’t even check the hot tub. Property is in dire need of refurbishing. Staff was incredibly kind and helpful in spite of the condition of the property. Made it easier to overlook the window that wouldn’t close and a toilet that wouldn’t flush.“
