„Worst Experience – This is Not Even a Hotel This place should not be listed as a hotel. It is located in the middle of nowhere, completely inaccessible by car. We had to walk a long distance on foot, during which we encountered wild animals — an extremely unsafe situation. „Wunderbare Unterkunft mitten im Dschungel. Die beiden Brüder sind überaus hilfsbereit und haben mit uns sogar einen kleinen Bushwalk gemacht. Wunderbares Essen, perfekte Organisation unserer Safari in den Yala Nationalpark, wo wir Bären, Leoparden und Elefanten gesehen haben. Alles in allem sehr zu empfehlen!! „You can not be closer to nature. It's amazing to listen to the sound of nature especially in the morning. To join the safari is recommended as the game does not provide big entertainment except peacefull tent areas with relaxing hammrocks. The staff is very friendly and caring. „We used the hotels as a base for a safari tour and it was an ideal base. The location is great, being a short walk (1500m) out of Tissa. Lake Wind Resort is a beautiful heritage building that has had life injected again by new management. The team could not have been more helpful and attentive.
