„really good facility, close to the water front which i love and in between several areas of interest that you can walk to. The showers and baths were an added bonus as we didnt know that it would include the hot bath, really good to come back to that after a long day. Staff was super friendly and there was a music venue right next door, although we had other things we wanted to do so we weren't able to go. „Lovely decorated ryokan, but no lift to the rooms. Rooms were very nicely equipped even though it was not large. My room windows faced the river with the “rotating” bridge over the river to Amanohashidate, the view was very nice. Staff were friendly and helpful. Location is great, next to the area’s main attraction. Some shopping on the road leading to ryokan, the Kaiseki meals were well presented. Delicious meal even with the ingredients not top grade.“
