„Stayed for 3 nights in May 2025 without issue. Free high quality breakfast. Wifi is strong on 3rd floor. Has laundry ($) on 1st floor. Restaurants plenty nearby. Few minutes walk from east exit of Akabane railway station. Free drink inside hotel pm and evening. Staff was courteous and helpful. Accept luggage before check in time for free. Held package that I ordered and delivered to hotel, gave to me upon check in. I’m happy with this hotel.“

„Einfaches Hotel, sehr preisgünstig. Einfach vorm Bahnhof aus zu erreichen. In der direkten Umgebung gibt es viele Lokale. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Sehr sauber.“

„Staff was super kind and helpful! Everything is clean, rooms are nice and it's in a quiet and nice neighborhood in Tokyo. Lots off traditional restaurants and also a supermarket nearby. Easy to reach from the subway. It's a little retro and the room smelled like cigarette smoke, however we got room spray from the staff, which made the smell go away. All in all a nice and affordable hotel for Tokyo!“

„Hotel is nice and well connected with a train staion 10 minutes away. The staff is great and helpful. It has coin washing machines and dryers in the first floor. The road to the closest train station is full of Japanese-style pubs, which gives a lot of food options. On the negative side with this, you may see drunk people late at night acting like any other part of the world.“

„It's okay for a stay in Jujo, not loud. Well Connect with JR. But the green Jujo Station is much faster to Shibuya within 700m walk. I will come again.“

„フロントのお姉様も丁寧でチェックインもスムーズにできました赤羽駅の近くで交通の便は良いしお店もたくさんあり賑やかな街でした夜も遅くまで賑やかで外に飲みに出かけないともったいない感じです “

„Tolle Unterkunft mit extrem freundlichem Personal. Alles recht klein, aber es hat überhaupt nichts gefehlt. Einzige das Schlafen auf dem Flussboden ist wohl für Europäer eher schwierig, daher waren unsere Nächte nicht ganz so erholsam.“

„[장점] 1. 도쿄 숙소치고 방 넓음. 2. 환기 잘 됨. (환풍시설 및 창문있음) 3. 방음 괜찮고 주변 조용함. 4. 시설이 다 깨끗한 편 5. 콘센트 많음. 6. 취사 및 빨래 가능 7. 세심하게 준비된 요소들이 많음. 8. 바로 앞에 편의점 있음. 9. 도보 5분거리에 돈키호테 있음. 10. 10분거리에 역, 백화점 있음. 11. 20분 거리에 썬샤인시티 있음. [단점] 1. 주변 분위기 별로임.(러브호텔 지역사이에 있음) (위험한 분위기는 전혀 아니고 매우 조용함) 2. 체크인전, 체크아웃 후 짐 보관 불가 3. 청소상태 살짝 별로임 4. 침구가 다 단단하고 무거운 편이라 포근한 느낌 없음. “

„Zimmer war schön, aber klein, ist aber normal für Tokio. Onsen war toll und es gibt eine Kaffeemaschine im Eingangsbereich sowie Zahnbürsten etc. was alles gratis ist. Das einzige was sehr schlecht ist sind die Kissen. Sehr hart, man liegt wie auf einem Stein und es gibt keine anderen, geht gar nicht!“

"Great hotel even you travel alone and dont need breakfast and all the stuff. I was happy to have my own little kitchen and could prepare my own meals! All the people are very nice/friendly plus the reception(front desk) speaks good english so you feel safe and comfortabel. Everything their is ecplained in japanese/english so you wont have problems understanding everything! You can wash your cloths at the laundry room for some yen, so you dont need too much cloths and can pack mone souvenirs! Helping tools for kitchen or cloths you will get at the receiption! You have lots of shops around and sunshine city is also near, so the hotel has a good central position! Was my first time in Japan and if i will come back im sure i would pick that hotel again! Thanks for your services!"
