„Room qas quite big and had a kitchenette which was very convenient. Substantial breakfast options. Only gripe was the motion sensor in the bathroom which got triggered when someone rolled over in bed. Easy solution was to close the door at night.“

„My husband is in a wheelchair so we booked an accessibility room. It was a very large room with good ability for him to maneuver. Liked the kitchen area. Room was very clean and comfortable. The only thing I would say is that despite the well thought out room accommodations for a mobility challenged guest, the room was quite far from the elevators. “

„The property is beautiful and the hot springs were amazing. There were so many it didn’t feel to crowded. It’s nice that there are hot springs jut for over night guests. The room was super cute, big and clean. My only complaint was the check in process, there was only one employee with a long line of people. It took forever. For such a nice property and the price this process should be streamlined better. The manager needs to do better at scheduling and making sure there is plenty of staff to ...

„Schönes Hotel. Leider gab es kein Frühstück (war aber bei der Buchung als verfügbar angegeben, auch nicht zum abholen. Zimmerservice alle 5 Tage, wir waren 6 Nächte. Warum war eine Reinigung nach 3 Tagen nicht möglic?. Keine Auskunft vom Personal erhalten. Ansonsten gerne wieder.“

„Ein super geführtes Hotel! Sehr sauber, freundliches Personal, tolles Frühstück mit frischen Erdbeeren, Quark, immer etwas Abwechslung. Alle Einrichtungen haben die richtige Temperatur: Pool ist angenehm warm, Klimaanlage gut eingestellt. 8 Tage waren wir dort, wir hätten es noch gut länger ausgehalten. Die Kingsuite war ruhig und bestens ausgestattet!“
