The Space:

With three bedrooms and two bathrooms, our home provides plenty of room for everyone to have their own space. The kitchen is equipped with modern appliances and provides ample counter and storage space, allowing you to prepare delicious meals and entertain guests with ease. The adjoining dining area offers a cozy space for family meals or gatherings.



One of the highlights of this rental is the inclusion of a washer and dryer, saving you the hassle of visiting a laundromat or shared laundry facilities. You can conveniently take care of your laundry needs within the comfort of your own home.



For those with a furry friend, this property is pet-friendly, with a fully fenced yard and newly installed AstroTurf. However, please note that there will be an additional monthly fee to accommodate your pets. Guest Access:

Guest can use everything in the home, including the garage space. Please note: the washer and dryer is located in the garage.



The Neighborhood:

Home is located in a residential neighborhood and is close to trails and a park.



Getting Around:

There is no public transit from the home. The best option when wine tasting in the area is an Uber or Lift. The normal rates range between $4-$8. If you are new to either, you can get a coupon for $5 off your first ride. :)



Other Things to Note:

The price of the home includes $250 worth of utilities and any overage you would be responsible for the payment. We require all potential tenants to complete a background check at your cost. A signed rental agreement must be completed to stay with us. Pets are welcome with an additional fee of $200/pet/month, plus a $70 non refundable deposit, and pet agreement.



Interaction with Guests:

Minimal, unless requested additional assistance. I'd be happy to suggest restaurants, wineries and fun things to do in the area. We will send you a virtual guidebook once you book with B1G1 discount cards for many of the local wineries along with food and drink discounts at local restaurants.
