Then you step outside and find a Rock water fall pool with a slide, grotto pool with a jacuzzi!! This home is a must see!!

Enjoy your vacation to the fullest at this extraordinary 6000sq two-story estate nestled on a Hill top with Incredible views! The modern interior grand living space boasts with 7 bedrooms/6.5 bath estate, which will sleep 16 comfortable.
Main home includes Gourmet kitchen with breakfast table that sits 6 and a large dinning room table that sits 10 to 12! Large family room with Smart 70` TV makes it great for family movie night. Awesome detached game room with pool table, Ping pong table, shuffle board, foosball table, dart board, bar area with stools. Step outside to a beautiful outdoor entertainment area with a

large rock waterfall pool with slide, grotto and jacuzzi! Lots of seating areas through out the yard and a unique BBQ area with pizza oven and did I mention the views!!

~~IMPORTANT THINGS TO KNOW~~

~We take the rules very seriously! Prior to booking, please make sure you are comfortable with our policies prior to booking with us. County ordinance; Occupancy limit at all times and Quiet Hours of 10pm to 7am will be strictly enforced (absolutely no outdoor activities after 10pm) Guest must mindful of their noise levels at all times. In order to ensure a continued great experience for our guests and our neighbors, kindly note that any violation of these rules as well as complaints from neighbors and the County may result in a citation, forfeiture of security deposit and could lead to immediate eviction.

~Pool/jacuzzi heating will incur an additional charge. Pool heating cost can range from $200 to $300 per day of heating (two day minimum) depending on outdoor temperature and desired water temperature. No pool heating from November thru February as temperatures are to cold for a domestic heater to attempt to heat that much water. Jacuzzi heating is available year round for an additional fee of $20 to heat water to 102 degrees and $10 per hour to maintain temperature. We calculate cost by the amount of propane used to heat pool/spa.

~ We are not responsible for mail or packages that are shipped to the property. We do not have access to the mail box and can not retrieve mail for guest as mail boxes are not on premise.

~ No RVs, large commercial vehicles, or quads

~ We will require a lease agreement signed at check-in as well as a copy of ID

House Rules with Terms and Conditions: Guest Reserving: must be at least 25 years of age- ID check at check in Occupancy Limits: The basic cost of renting Estate, as stated on this website, is for up to 16 guests. Guest count to be disclosed when making reservation. No guests other than those approved by the host are allowed at the Villa at any time. Visiting Guests: Our home is for guests sleeping at the Villa. If Responsible Guest would like to invite other guests to spend the day at Villa (max of 4 guest) host must be notified at least 72 hours in advance. Villa uses a monitoring system to detect the number of guests inside or outside the Villa. This system, coupled with our external security cameras, can verify if this rule is violated. There will be a $1,000 fine if additional guests are invited who were not pre- approved by the host. Parties and Events: No gatherings, loud celebrations, parties or other private events (collectively `events`) are to be held at the vacation rental property during your occupancy. Holding an event is considered an abuse and breach of these Terms and Conditions and is cause for immediate termination of occupancy. Upon any infraction of rules, Perfect Getaways Inc. may, at its sole option, terminate all agreements with you, including termination of occupancy immediately. In this event, you will forfeit all monies, including security deposits. Noise: Temecula has a very strict noise ordinance from 10pm to 7am. Noise levels must be kept strictly under 60 dBA during the day. Loud Music and/or excessive noise outdoors (i.e., yelling, noise amplification, musical instruments, animal barking etc) must be kept to a respectful minimum at all times. Guest must be mindful of their noise levels at all times; All noise outside the house MUST STOP by 9:30pm and should not resume until 7:00am. This includes any type of noise, such as music, instruments, loud voices, etc. Violation of this rule will be subject to an initial $750 fine, $1,500 for the second occurrence and $2,500 and eviction for the third occurrence. This fine will be taken from the security deposit. The property will be subject to inspection upon reasonable notice to guest, which includes knocking on the door or ringing the doorbell before entry in the event that noise complaints are issued. The guest understands that this may occur anytime during the guest`s stay if there is noise or reasonable suspicion of a party or any other violation of the house neighborhood rules or city ordinance. Villa uses electronic systems designed to measure the noise level outside of the Villa. Smoking: Smoking is strictly prohibited both inside and outside the property grounds. This includes any type of cigarette, cigar, pipe, vapor, hookah, etc. Violation of the no-smoking policy will result in forfeiture of the full security deposit, damage liability up to $1000. This fine will be taken from the security deposit. Pets: Only permit small pets (under 20lbs) hypo-allergenic pets for an addional fee ($60 per pet) Maximum of 2 at all times. Parking: All cars must be parked inside the Villa premises. No cars should be parked on adjacent public roads. Maximum of 8 vehicles at all times. Vehicles: No motor homes or non-standard vehicles are allowed inside the Villa premises. Violation of this policy will result in a non-refundable $600 fine. This fine will be taken from the security deposit. Customer Service We want your stay at our home and the Temecula area to be as fun and memorable as it can be. Because of this, our property manager will greet you and your guests at check-in, or shortly after check in, to make sure you know how to operated everything in the home, and to answer any questions you may have about the property, nearby wineries, local events, etc. Swimming Pool: Diving is STRICTLY PROHIBITED as it is extremely dangerous and could result in severe injury or even death! No glass containers may be used near the pool. Responsible Guest shall inform all other guests of this rule, and will be responsible for making sure this rule is enforced at all times. Any personal injury as a result of a guests diving in the pool shall be borne solely by the Responsible Guest. Pool Heating Guest can request the pool to be heated to 80-85 degrees. Home uses Propane gas, which is much more expensive than natural gas, there is a fee of $150 to $300 per day (depends on outdoor temperature at the time of heating pool); with a 2-day minimum as we need to start heating up the pool the day before. Pool heating deposits will be required. Deposit amount will depend the number of days of heating. NO Pool heating November to February. Jacuzzi Heating: Available year-round for $20 to get water temperature to 102 degrees and $10 per hour to maintain that temperature. Children: Children are most welcome at our home. Responsible Guest signing the rental agreement shall be responsible for supervising all children in the pool area as there is no lifeguard on the premises. Security Cameras: Guest understands that Villa features video electronic surveillance on the front exterior of the house for guest security and to ensure that the rules of the community are respected. Guest acknowledges that Villa may be under 24-hour exterior surveillance and security monitoring and patrols. Properties may include noise alert monitoring systems in order to ensure that neighborhood noise levels are respected. Tampering with our security cameras will result in $2,500 fine and taken from the security deposit. Sports Equipment: All sports Equipment should be returned to their original storage location in the outdoor cabinet. Check In TIme: Check in begins at 4:00pm. Check Out TIme: In order to have the house ready for the next guests, check-out time is strictly enforced. All guests must vacate the house with all their belongings by 11:00 am. Failure to abide by these requested check-out times will result in a $50 fine for every one hour violation after the times provided. Cleaning personnel will arrive at 11:00 am. Inspection: Responsible Guest must do a thorough inspection of the home upon arrival. If anything is missing, damaged, broken or dirty, Responsible Guest must notify Host immediately. Otherwise, Responsible Guest will be held responsible for the damage. Upon Checkout All trash must be taken out and placed in the outdoor trash bins. All dishes must be placed in the dishwasher and started upon departure. Any dishes that are left for the housekeeping staff or that are put away still dirty will incur a charge of $100;

Great Family Getaway

Check in and out was simple and easy. John our host was very attentive and helpful. The home is a great fit for large family gatherings with space for all. The pool house/ game room was a big hit with our teens and preteens. Clean, comfortable and well appointed, with the exception of minimal kitchen necessities like plastic wrap and foil etc. but that was minor. Overall this is a very comfortable and enjoyable property.

Over all we enjoyed the property but was disappointed with the lack of Kitchen product selections. 1) Pots and pans were very limited. No large size of anything at all. 2) Most of the Herbs on the rack were either empty or very old. No garlic powder for example. 3) No aluminum foil or plastic wrap. seemed like nobody really checks to see what is missing and do an upkeep. 4) Also, i heard from all friends that the pillows were not comfortable. ** Hope you can get these fixed and we would use this property again in future. Didn't want to comment on overall rating because of these issues but had to. Thanks,

Amazing weekend getaway

We had a fabulous time at this property. Everything was just as described! Gorgeous views, so quiet, and so much to do. The pool was great. We all enjoyed the slide. The game room is the pool house was used a lot as well. The seating both outside and inside were plenty for our group of 12 adults. It was so relaxing that we barely left the property. We'd definitely return! Dan was very helpful both before and during our stay.

Fabulous House & Location

This house is amazing! It has all the amenities a large group could want. John is a wonderful host, very responsive. We had 11 adults for a week vacation. The large kitchen and pantry made meals easy to cook & clean. The outdoor wood pizza oven was a special treat enjoyed by all. The pool/spa overlooks incredible views, including air balloons every sunny morning. The house, rooms & bathrooms are all very clean with plenty of towels and linens. And the house is centrally located to many, many wonderful activities. We highly recommend this house and location!

Fabulous Views and So Much Fun!

This was a great place for our group of 14. Beautiful views from everywhere, game room, jacuzzi, firepit, large kitchen and everyone had their own room and bathroom. The property manager was very accommodating to our group during check in and answered all of our questions. There is something for everyone in this place. Make sure to be there for the sunset views!

We visited Temecula to hit the wine country and this was the perfect location - within minutes to two of our favorite wineries. The house is loaded with supplies and things to do. Would not hesitate to stay there again.

Great house for family fun

We stayed here with family - 3 generations. Plenty of space for everyone. Beautiful house. Great location for watching hot air balloons in the morning. Close to many wineries.

Family Wedding

This spacious home housed us and our family members from out of town for our son's wedding. Beautiful views and so very close to the wineries.

Beautiful Property with Great View

We stayed at this property for 5 days with 16 adults (4 families with adult children). We are in our 50's and 60's with children in their 20's. The house is beautiful and sits on a hill with an amazing view. We say wild turkeys and quails running around. The management company, Dan and John, were very responsive and went above and beyond multiple times to ensure we had all we needed. Be aware that the Wine Country area has a new, strict noise ordinance that requires no loud music at all during the day (not just at night). We did have a neighbor state they could hear our music by the pool on a Saturday afternoon so the property managers called to ask us to turn the music way down. This is nothing the property managers can control but is something to note. Other than that, the stay was wonderful!
