Treat yourself to one of the most amazing Resort style backyard Temecula has to offer!! This single level sprawling 6700 sqt estate is the perfect property for families and or groups that want to truly feel away from it all!

Another Perfect Getaway with this 6700 sqt Single-Level Mediterranean estate. This gorgeous property provides an ideal escape from it all! With high vaulted ceilings through out the home and 5 spacious bedrooms (3 bedrooms with two queen beds and 2 bedrooms each with a king bed) comfortably sleeps 16 (2 per bed). Four of the bedrooms are en-suites and the fifth bedroom with a half restroom right outside in common area. The gourmet kitchen with Decor appliances, beautiful center island, with ample seating through out will leave you in awe.

Home boast an incredible resort style back yard with a large custom pebble tech beach entry pool, waterfall, slide, walk up bar, BBQ island with Palapas, palm trees through out; this will truly make you feel like the great escape in your own private resort! Not to mention the large jacuzzi , propane fire-pit, extensive seating areas though out the home. Bring it back indoors to the game area for a game of ping pong, cornhole, foosball and more!

~~IMPORTANT THINGS TO KNOW~~

~We take the rules very seriously! Prior to booking, please make sure you are comfortable with our policies prior to booking with us. County ordinance; Occupancy limit at all times and Quiet Hours of 10pm to 7am will be strictly enforced (absolutely no outdoor activities after 10pm) Guest must mindful of their noise levels at all times. In order to ensure a continued great experience for our guests and our neighbors, kindly note that any violation of these rules as well as complaints from neighbors and the County may result in a citation, forfeiture of security deposit and could lead to immediate eviction.

~Pool/jacuzzi heating will incur an additional charge. Pool heating cost can range from $200 to $300 per day of heating (two day minimum) depending on outdoor temperature and desired water temperature. Pool this large, is not recommended or can guarantee pool will heat to a desirable swimming temperature during the colder months of November thru early February. Jacuzzi heating available year round for an additional fee of $20 to heat water to 102 degrees and $10 per hour to maintain temperature. We calculate cost by the amount of propane used to heat pool/spa. NOTE; jacuzzi does not have pressure jets

~ We are not responsible for mail or packages that are shipped to the property. We do not have access to the mail box and can not retrieve mail for guest as mail boxes are not on premise.

House Rules with Terms and Conditions: Guest Reserving: must be at least 25 years of age- ID check at check in Occupancy Limits: The basic cost of renting Estate, as stated on this website, is for up to 16 guests. Guest count to be disclosed when making reservation. No guests other than those approved by the host are allowed at the Villa at any time. Visiting Guests: Our home is for guests sleeping at the Villa. If Responsible Guest would like to invite other guests to spend the day at Villa (max of 4 guest) host must be notified at least 72 hours in advance. Villa uses a monitoring system to detect the number of guests inside or outside the Villa. This system, coupled with our external security cameras, can verify if this rule is violated. There will be a $1,000 fine if additional guests are invited who were not pre- approved by the host. Parties and Events: No gatherings, loud celebrations, parties or other private events (collectively `events`) are to be held at the vacation rental property during your occupancy. Holding an event is considered an abuse and breach of these Terms and Conditions and is cause for immediate termination of occupancy. Upon any infraction of rules, Perfect Getaways Inc. may, at its sole option, terminate all agreements with you, including termination of occupancy immediately. In this event, you will forfeit all monies, including security deposits. Noise: Temecula has a very strict noise ordinance from 10pm to 7am. Noise levels must be kept strictly under 60 dBA during the day. Loud Music and/or excessive noise outdoors (i.e., yelling, noise amplification, musical instruments, animal barking etc) must be kept to a respectful minimum at all times. Guest must be mindful of their noise levels at all times; All noise outside the house MUST STOP by 9:30pm and should not resume until 7:00am. This includes any type of noise, such as music, instruments, loud voices, etc. Violation of this rule will be subject to an initial $750 fine, $1,500 for the second occurrence and $2,500 and eviction for the third occurrence. This fine will be taken from the security deposit. The property will be subject to inspection upon reasonable notice to guest, which includes knocking on the door or ringing the doorbell before entry in the event that noise complaints are issued. The guest understands that this may occur anytime during the guest`s stay if there is noise or reasonable suspicion of a party or any other violation of the house neighborhood rules or city ordinance. Villa uses electronic systems designed to measure the noise level outside of the Villa. Smoking: Smoking is strictly prohibited both inside and outside the property grounds. This includes any type of cigarette, cigar, pipe, vapor, hookah, etc. Violation of the no-smoking policy will result in forfeiture of the full security deposit, damage liability up to $1000. This fine will be taken from the security deposit. Pets: Only permit small pets (under 20lbs) hypo-allergenic pets for an addional fee ($60 per pet) Maximum of 2 at all times. Parking: All cars must be parked inside the Villa premises. No cars should be parked on adjacent public roads. Maximum of 8 vehicles at all times. Vehicles: No motor homes or non-standard vehicles are allowed inside the Villa premises. Violation of this policy will result in a non-refundable $600 fine. This fine will be taken from the security deposit. Customer Service We want your stay at our home and the Temecula area to be as fun and memorable as it can be. Because of this, our property manager will greet you and your guests at check-in, or shortly after check in, to make sure you know how to operated everything in the home, and to answer any questions you may have about the property, nearby wineries, local events, etc. Swimming Pool: Diving is STRICTLY PROHIBITED as it is extremely dangerous and could result in severe injury or even death! No glass containers may be used near the pool. Responsible Guest shall inform all other guests of this rule, and will be responsible for making sure this rule is enforced at all times. Any personal injury as a result of a guests diving in the pool shall be borne solely by the Responsible Guest. Pool Heating Guest can request the pool to be heated to 80-85 degrees. Home uses Propane gas, which is much more expensive than natural gas, there is a fee of $150 to $300 per day (depends on outdoor temperature at the time of heating pool); with a 2-day minimum as we need to start heating up the pool the day before.

The house was perfect for our family of 7 for our Thanksgiving stay!! We loved playing pool, ping pong & the jacuzzi! The big football games & s’mores were enjoyed in the huge tv & family room! We had a family get together, and this property was perfect. The house is huge. Bedrooms are normal, but all gathering spaces are extra large and perfect for a larger group. The property manager communicated very well, and was attentive to our needs. The pool and yard areas are spectacular! The home is in a very quiet area. We liked that there were large eating areas in the kitchen, dining room, and outside. We would definitely stay again.

Had a great time with our family of 7 adults and 2 kiddos. To be transparent, totally booked this place for the awesome backyard and the bedroom to bathroom ratio. The interior decor is NOT my taste but we were rarely inside. Not far from all the wineries and just remote enough for us. Had a little issue with the A/C in part of the house so hopefully it will be rectified by the time another guest arrives. Wish there’s been more plastic selections of plates/bowls for outside, but other than that the kitchen was well stocked. Weather was awesome and we prob will book again!

Beautiful home, but issues with appliances

When we arrived, we were told that the appliances were not working properly. In fact, only one mini-oven was working out of the four that were advertised. This was a 16 person Christmas family reunion. And we learn that we are unable to cook with proper ovens. We had to use the barbeque to cook our meals. Unacceptable. The property managers were unwilling to make any refund or concessions about the absolute inconvenience, and in fact tried to charge us extra for using the natural gas. In addition, woodpeckers have infected the home and it has holes over 20% of the exterior. This didn't impact the stay until they started pecking at the house every morning at 6AM. Overall the home is beautiful, but it would have been nice to have these not so minor details communicated so we can make a decision to rebook the holidays.

Nice but ... old.

As with many properties today, the photos oversell the reality. Overall, this house is decent, with the swimming pool being its best feature. The kids really enjoyed the slide. However, the rest of the house shows its age, something that photos often don’t capture. There are several small issues that, if addressed, could significantly improve the experience. For example, some appliances don’t work: one stove is functional, and one is not, one microwave is functional, and one is not, the ice maker doesn't work so you'll need to buy your own ice. The fire pits don't work, and the doorbell is broken. Another concern is the fifth bedroom, which lacks any bathroom facilities—no shower or half bath—just a room with two beds. It does back up to a guest bathroom, which has a toilet and sink, so adding a "jack and jill" bathroom with a shower would be a relatively easy and impactful upgrade. Additionally, the furnishings feel outdated, the mattresses are quite firm, and the linens are on the cheaper side. For a rate of $1500 per night, everything should be in working order, and the overall quality should be better. The house definitely needs repairs and upgrades to maintain its appeal; it can't just function as a rental without regular upkeep.

Beautiful house but lacking in comfort

We were all very impressed with the beauty of the house and pool but there were key details missing that would have made the stay better. The beds were all super uncomfortable, even in the main bedroom. 3 people ended up sleeping on the couches because they were more comfortable than the beds. The oven wasn't working the best. It took over 30 mins to warm up. There was no water filter in the sink or fridge so we had to stock the fridge with a lot of water. None of the bathrooms have hooks or racks to hang up bath towels. When you plug in the address on google maps, it directs you to a private rocky, dirt road, even though there's a paved alternate that should be used. The owners cant control what google does, but it would have been nice to have been warned that before driving up. There was just a handful of minor annoyances that I wasn't expecting for the cost of the stay. The game room and pool were absolutely fantastic though. There was plenty of dining space and hanging out space which the group really enjoyed.

Book it!

This house is better than the photos show. And the photos are pretty awesome. It’s quite large and was very comfortable for our group. The back yard does not disappoint. Great pool, very private, really long table and chairs for outdoor dining. The beds are firm and very comfortable. The kitchen is well stocked. Nice and clean too. I would not hesitate to stay here again

Amazing Place to stay at and rest

We loved everything about this stay. It was clean, the host was nice and always answered if we had any questions. The house itself was very beautiful and the scenery is wonderful. The pool was nice and very clean. We came there with extended family and had the best time together . We will definitely try to go there again. Recommending to book.

Unbelievable Property, Amenities and Views

This is an unbelievable property to say the least. It is spacious with tons of amenities and the views are spectacular. It is very well managed, and the communication with the property from booking through the length of our stay was excellent.

Beautiful Stay

The resort style home was one of the most beautiful home that I've had the pleasure to stay and spend time with family. Home was clean, organized, and provided large space for activities. Offered endless space for dining. The pool was crystal clear and the location was splendid, it offers privacy and a great views. Host communications was key and they provided.
