Stay at one of the best locations in town - in one of the best-remodeled condos in town!

Bedding: King bed and double sleeper sofa

Condo can be accessed via an elevator and by crossing a pedestrian bridge.

Upon entering this second floor condo, you are welcomed into a cozy bedroom with a small entry area for coats and shoes. The bedroom has a king bed and a flat-screen TV. Past the bedroom, there is a tastefully done vanity area with under-the-counter lighting and plenty of space on the countertop. The enclosed bathroom has a shower/tub combo. Across from the bathroom is a stackable washer/dryer and a storage closet.

Down the hall is a kitchenette area with high-end finishes. The kitchenette includes a bar sink, two-burner cooktop, mini-fridge, coffee maker, microwave/convection oven and toaster oven, and is fully stocked with dishes and limited cookware. Next to the kitchenette is the main living space, complete with a dining table and seating for three and a couch and relaxing area. The living room has a double sofa-sleeper, flatscreen TV and amazing views over the San Miguel River from the windows. Double-doors open to a deck that offers a seating area and the same amazing views.

The Viking Lodge has charcoal grills and a common area laundry with coin-operated washers and dryers. No pets are permitted, per HOA rules.

The Viking Lodge is just 200 yards from Lift #7 and the free in-town shuttle stops outside of the complex. Town Park, historic downtown Telluride and the grocery store are just a short walk away.

This is a smoke-free property. Violation of the no-smoking policy will result in forfeiture of the security deposit, a $300 smoking fee, and liability for any fire or property damage costs.

As part of our commitment to being good neighbors, occupancy limits and quiet hours (9pm-8am) are strictly enforced. No speakers or sound systems will be provided for use in our properties. Violation of any noise ordinances will be subject to fines that can reach up to $10,000 per violation.

Events or parties are not allowed without prior written approval and an additional fee. Any unauthorized parties or events will be shut down and a fine will be assessed. Please inquire for more information about our event policies and fees.

There is nothing more important to us at AvantStay than the health, safety, and experience of our guests & staff. We've enhanced our cleaning and sanitation protocols and are taking extra care to disinfect all surfaces between reservations with hospital-grade disinfecting solutions.

Super clean, very pretty and nicely updated interior. Loved the layout, the want the bathroom and laundry were in the middle and the bedroom on one end and the living room on there other. Both had doors, if wanted to block the noise. So many towels and bars available, so plenty of places to hang your towels. Nice little kitchen with small refrigerator and toaster, toaster oven. Had a washer and dryer which came in handy. Loved the balcony, and the fact that we were right on the river, so beautiful!Would stay here again. Only miss, was there was no communication ahead of trip to let us know they were replacing the roof and so parking spots were limited. There was also road construction, so it was difficult to get into the condo as maps kept directing us to closed roads.

The accommodations were lovely, the living room is right next to the San Miguel River and with the doors open you feel like you right on the edge of it. The unit was clean and had everything you would need and expect plus more. Would absolutely book it again!

Property was clean and probably a 150 yard walk or so to the chair lift. Close to downtown Telluride. Communications with property manager were excellent. Note unit has a kitchenette and not reallybsuited for complicated cooking.

Had a nice visit for a couple of nights at the Viking Lodge. The room was comfortable and well appointed. Parking was a little bit of an issue. It’s a 6 minute walk to the Telluride gondola and a similar walk to the downtown area.

Within walking distance of downtown shops and restaurants, perfect small size for 1 or 2 people for 2 days. Furnished with nice, modern decor, there was coffee available, washer/dryer, and most important the bed was comfortable!

Sounds of the river

This condo was absolutely perfect for my husband and I. Every morning we walked down the path along the river to cowboy coffee. Enjoyed the short walk to the gondola along with all the amazing restaurants and stores in telluride. We didn’t need to drive anywhere except when we went fly fishing. We enjoyed the sounds of nature just outside our window. The complex hot tub was perfect after long hikes we took. Bed was super comfortable. Great location!!

Great place

We stayed 3 nights. The condo was well-located convenient to the festival and in-town amenities. Nice view on the balcony overlooking the river. It was very clean and modern, outfitted with everything we needed for a short stay. There’s a mini refrigerator, 2 burner stove and microwave. No dishwasher but we didn’t do any cooking other than coffee, which was provided. Would stay again for short stay.

Wonderful in all respects

At first we were struck by the bedroom placement before the living and kitchen area but easily got used to the layout. The apt is very nice. The remodeling work is done very tastefully and the amenities - appliances, kitchen instruments and amenities are excellent. The comfort of all furnishings is great especially after a big day of skiing. And the views from the living room are wonderful. Thank you very much. The only thing that i suggest more attention on is the TV. We could not get TV programs outside of Roku. We called mgmt for this but there was no solution. We also alerted mgmt that cleaning materials were left in the apt and while we were told that someone would come by to pick them up, no one did. Neither of these things detracted from our pleasant stay. Just an FYI.

A little more attention to detail would go a long way

Condo’s location is excellent, and the facilities were overall fine. A few issues with our stay: Intermittent WiFi The bed was made with sheets that did not fit. Terrible, one-Star motel bed pillows. Threadbare towels and not enough of them — you ought to consider leaving towels for hot tub use. Heat was not great. We were quite cold at night even with extra blankets. Place was packed; barely any room in closets to store stuff. Garbage cans just out in the open made for an unpleasant living/dining room area. Please consider investing in a decent garbage container for kitchen. Also, please provide guests with a new dish sponge as using an old one is gross and unhygienic. I wouldn’t stay here again or recommend it. Not at the rates they are charging
