Bound up to the third floor to arrive on the main living area. Cozy and considerate, the kitchen coils around for efficiency within the smooth finishes of the warm cabinetry to the cool stainless steel appliances, while the breakfast bar keeps company for two. The adjacent dining table provides modern seating for eight. Beyond rounds the enchanting living room with a plush sectional and playful lounging space around the oversized gas fireplace and TV. Pop outside to the balcony to scope out the ski run before heading out for the day. The final bedroom hides away on the top floor with its own ensuite, too. With warm accents and spirited textures, this home exudes easement and convenience.

After a day on the slopes, a sip of Chairlift Warmer at Telluride Distillery Company awaits. Jaunt home to change for a dinner out in the Historic Town of Telluride via the Mountain Village Gondola. WHAT TO KNOW
- Everyone in your group must be over 31 or accompanied by a parent or legal guardian.
- The maximum occupancy is 9 people.
- The maximum number of cars at the property is 2.
- This home could allow up to two dogs with final approval from InvitedHome. Please let us know if you are planning on bringing a pet, emotional support animal, or service animal when booking. All details need to be submitted via text message or email for approval. The pet cleaning fee is $150 per animal and the pet rental fee is $50/night per animal. Pet fees will be added to the reservation after approval and are non-refundable.
- Ski-in/ski-out access is subject to snow conditions and weather. Availability may vary depending on resort operations.
- This home will be getting a full remodel Winter 2025-Winter 2026.
- Air conditioning (AC) is only available in the bedrooms.

WHAT TO EXPECT AFTER BOOKING
- Reservation will be confirmed once required E-sign of Terms and Conditions is completed.
- If arrival date is more than 110 days prior to booking, half of the grand total is due upon booking and the remaining balance is due 110 days prior to arrival.
- For reservations exceeding eight days, please expect our Reservation Team to reach out to schedule an In-Stay Refresh and process payment.
- The Guest Assistant Team will be in touch with personalized Destination Guides and Check-In information.
- Check in codes will only be sent if there is a credit card on file for the reservation. These codes will be sent via text message on the day of arrival after 4:00pm.
