Beim Betreten dieses Hauses werden die Gäste sofort von den massiven raumhohen Fenstern mit Blick auf Sneffels überrascht. Dieses schöne Blockhaus ist perfekt durch seine Landschaft hervorgehoben. Wenn Gäste in das Wohnzimmer gehen, gibt es einen hohen Steinkamin mit Hirschkopf und gewölbten Decken und exquisiten Holzbalken Details. | | Der Eingang zu diesem Haus ist auf der Hauptebene mit einem großen Wohnzimmer, Küche mit Granit-Arbeitsplatten, Küchengeräten aus Edelstahl und Mr Coffee Tropf Kaffeemaschine und drei Schlafzimmer. Das Schlafzimmer auf der rechten Seite ist eine von zwei Master-Suiten mit Flachbild-TV, Stein-Gas-Kamin und ein großes Bad mit einer Badewanne, Dampfglas-Dusche und zwei separaten Waschtischen. Es gibt auch eine private Tür zum Whirlpool. Als Gäste den Gang nach links vorbei an der Waschküche gehen, gibt es eine kleine Treppe mit einem TV-Raum voller Ledersitzmöbel und eine Bar, komplettes Badezimmer mit Glas Dusche / Wanne-Kombination und ein Gästezimmer für fünf - mit vier Zwillinge und eine Königin. Weiter den Flur nach rechts sind zwei weitere Schlafzimmer auf dieser Ebene, die ein Badezimmer mit zwei Waschbecken und Glasdampfdusche teilen - eines mit einem Doppelbett und das andere mit einem Kingsize - Bett, das sich auf die weitläufige Terrasse vor dem Rückseite des Hauses. Die Aussicht auf dieser Seite des Hauses ist kaum zu übertreffen, da sie auf Wilson Peak und Mesa blicken. | | Die oberste Ebene des Hauses ist die Lage des zweiten Schlafzimmers mit einem Stein Gaskamin, TV und Bad mit Whirlpool, Doppelwaschbecken und einer Glasdusche. Dieser Meister hat gewölbte Decken im ganzen Schlafzimmer und im Badezimmer. | | Das Hinterdeck auf dem Haus ist mit einem in Boden Whirlpool und Gasgrill sowie einen atemberaubenden Blick auf die gesamte San Sophia Ridgeline ausgestattet. Christmas in Telluride

The only things I would like to point out... the dryer didn't work and the Hot Tub was a million degrees and didn't work to turn it down or adjust. We were not able to use the Hot Tub the entire time we were there. It would've been nice to use the hot tub after skiing.. both issues were not huge concerns. We really enjoyed our stay and our time in Telluride.

50th Birthday Celebration - Offroad Heaven

Just stayed at the end of July 2024. This place was selected because of its proximity to Imogene Pass, Ouray and Silverton. It did not disappoint. Super clean, lots of space, we used the BBQ and Jacuzzi quite a bit. Large driveway allowed us to park 4 cars. Neighborhood area very quite and absolutely beautiful. The kitchen was perfect for a group our size. Cooked every night we were there and plenty of supplies for cooking and serving our large group. Will definitely return again.

Fabulous home for multigenerational visit

We were 13 family members in town for a wedding. This home was the perfect landing spot. Four couples each had their own space, with two primary suites, one on the main level. The young adults had their own “bunk” room but each person has their own bed plus a second living area to hang out in. Add in the free mountain shuttle that took us to the gondola, the wedding reception and to the brunch the next day, and it was near perfect. We had a small issue with the washer and dryer but management was super fast to get help on the way (which we didn’t end up needing as we figured out it was just the child lock mechanism). The kitchen is the best stocked rental home I’ve ever seen and we had plenty of dinnerware, glassware and silverware. We cooked a number of meals in the home and found everything we could need. Highly recommend for a beautiful location and well laid out home for a large group.

Telluride Winter Wonderland

We had a large group of 14 - kids and adults, the house was so spacious and the kitchen well equipped. Having the great outdoors for the kids to enjoy the snow days in the backyard was great and the small sledding hill they made in the back was PERFECT. I would definitely stay here again.

The house we stayed in was in a great location and I am sure when it was built, the best of the best, but has lots of deferred maintenance. I own a real estate office in a mountain resort town and also handle some nightly and weekly rentals, so I understand how important the condition of the property is. Only 3 tv's in the house, none in the main living room, where everyone wanted to hang out. All 3, probably 15 or 20 years old. 3 of the bedrooms did not have one. Broken windows, that would not latch, back deck looked like a deck on a $200,000 house that hadn't had anything done in years. Jacuzzi cover should have been replace several years ago. Several pots and pans that need to be thrown away, Bar stool that broke when I sat in it and I fell down on the floor. All toilet seats, extemely loose. All of this is normal maintenance that should be done by the owner, especially on a house that is costing quite a bit a night to stay in. The management team was quick to respond, but still very frustrating when you are paying that much per night. Positives, were the views and location out of the house. Well stocked kitchen, 5 coffee pots, Nice stone work on the fireplaces, 2 very nice master bedrooms, but the other 3 were very basic. In floor heat was nice. Sonos system through house, but could not turn off some of the rooms. Telluride & Mountain Village is a beautiful place, everyone was very hospitable, but some what disappointed in the condition of the house for the money being charged.

Fabulous vacation getaway

The house was very spacious, very clean, and had amazing views! We traveled for a family wedding and shared the home with five couples plus a couple of adult kids and I don’t think we even had time to use every space in the huge home. The gondola to mountain village was a short 5 minute car trip. We found several close hiking trails as well. We would love to come back and enjoy the house, Mountain Village and Telluride again soon.

Spectacular Views

The view from the living room of this property is breathtaking. Seriously. This area of Colorado is really awe inspiring. The kitchen was well equipped. And the property management team was very responsive. Our biggest issue was with the dishwasher. It simply didn't function properly. That made for some inconvenience and extra kitchen clean up work. Again, very, very quiet neighborhood and a wonderfully memorable time with family.

Great For Our Family!!!!

We thoroughly enjoyed our one week stay. I cannot express enough how well this home met our needs. My one concern was the location as it is not within easy walking distance of a gondola. However we used the shuttle service and also drove and parked at the market, where free parking was easily available in order to ride the free gondola to Mountain Village and Telluride. A nice touch that I was surprised about is that the management company arranged someone to take the garbage and recycling out to the street on the designated day. This was a nice surprise. All in all, a great choice for our multiple generation family.

This property is absolutely fantastic! The pictures cannot possibly show how spectacular this home is. The layout, amenities and location were all perfect for our stay. The views in every direction are impressive and we especially enjoyed unwinding on the deck after each day of adventure. The wide open spaces were very accommodating for our group with bedrooms all seemingly secluded in different directions of the house. We loved having everything in Mountain Village so close and easily accessible - supermarket, restaurants, and the bike park. We cannot say enough about how much we loved staying here and would definitely try to stay here again.

Large Home for Mountain Escape

Our family had a fantastic stay at the Timber Ridge home! The home is located on a quiet street just off the golf course and the views from the back deck were beautiful. There was plenty of space throughout the home to spread out and give everyone their own bedroom. The house was clean upon arrival and the kitchen had all of the utensils you would ask for to have solid home-cooked meals. We leveraged Telluride Dial A Ride (DAR) to get to the gondola for the Bluegrass festival — it worked out pretty well. I'd recommend this property for a large family or group of friends looking to enjoy beautiful mountain views and relatively close to mountain village/the town of Telluride.

The house is nice and spacious. Rooms were clean and bedding was nice. The location is top-notch with great views and space. Easy to get places with MV Dial a ride. Unfortunately the hot tub is in bad shape and did not work for us. The house could use some TLC on some things, but in general it was well worth it.
