Its flexible sleeping arrangement works particularly well for families and groups. Two bedrooms have double beds, one of which also has a single bed; another bedroom features one single bed, while the remaining two each have two single beds. There are also two bathrooms with showers.

The shared spaces provide plenty of room to come together after a day by the sea. The property has a living room and a spacious kitchen and dining area equipped with an oven, ceramic hob, microwave, capsule and Italian coffee makers, kettle, juicer, blender, extractor fan and toaster.

Outside, the private swimming pool and sun terrace take centre stage. Six sun loungers and two parasols provide plenty of opportunities to unwind and enjoy the island's climate.

The house also features 600 Mbps fibre WiFi, cable TV, 3 tower fans, a washing machine, iron and ironing board, hairdryer, first-aid kit, cot and highchair. Free parking is available on the street.

The location makes it easy to enjoy the coastal character of La Garita. The seafront promenade follows this stretch of Telde's coastline and links several beaches, while distinctive volcanic landmarks such as the Bufadero de La Garita can be discovered nearby.

Swimming pool maintenance takes place every Tuesday between 5:00 pm and 7:00 pm. During this time, an external service provider will access the property to carry out the necessary pool maintenance.
