„Booked months before the terror attack of 7/10 the hotel denied several attempts from myself as well as from Expedia to cancel the booking free of charge or to change it at least into an voucher for a future stay within more peaceful times. Actually they did not even respond to these requests. Unfortunately this gives an overall impression of general greediness and an unprofessional tourism business. Not recommended!“
