The villa offers a large open-plan space flooded with natural light, featuring a cosy living area with a comfortable sofa and a 55" Smart TV, a spacious dining area and a modern, fully equipped open-plan kitchen. This room leads directly onto the spectacular outdoor terrace, designed for enjoying Lanzarote’s excellent climate all year round.

It has three bedrooms. The master bedroom features a queen-size bed, a television and an en-suite bathroom with a shower. The other two bedrooms offer a queen-size bed and a double bed respectively, as well as storage space and a dressing area. Two of the bedrooms have direct access to a pleasant private terrace, perfect for enjoying a morning coffee or relaxing with a good book. The property also has a second full bathroom with a shower.

The spacious outdoor area is one of the villa’s main attractions. It features a large terrace with a pergola, an outdoor dining area, a barbecue area, a private hot tub and comfortable sun loungers where you can sunbathe and unwind.
