„Spot on“

„The house is located in a beautiful village just a short walk from village centre. The house is updated and spacious. The beds were comfy too - which to me is very important. We didn’t cook, we ate out, but the kitchen was well stocked with dishes, glass, pans etc. Only thing we missed was a coffee machine as you can’t get a take out coffee before 9am. We will return again when we return to north east. Thanks for a great stay.“

„The property has not been maintained to a reasonable standard and the cleaning schedule is inadequate. We completed a ‘first impressions’ feedback but I don’t think it has been looked at. We have not had a reply. We can provide full details of all the issues with this property along with photos. We are in the process of sending a formal complaint. “

„House was very comfortable and light and bright. Garden was perfect for us and the dog. Close to the beach and what a super beach. Lots of lovely walks. Good coffee shop on the way home plus supermarket access and local food places. To be recommended.“
