„Das Hotel hatte alles was man braucht. Frühstück war kompakt, aber es gibt für jeden etwas, um satt zu werden. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich. Die Anbindung ist perfekt. Man ist fußläufig, per Bus und per Transfer(Bolt) schnell an den bekannten Sehenswürdigkeiten. Sehr zu empfehlen “

„Good location, but not really "boutique". As this is a four star house: Rooms are rather small with insufficient space to open a suitcase properly or store clothes. Shower are in the bathroom, which is always an inconvenience as the while bath is obviously wet afterwards for a while. WLAN was mediocre at best and the breakfast buffet not worth mentioning. “

„Clean, spacious apartment in the middle of the city. Fully renovated and equipped with everything you need. Views to the city. Stores all around that work till late. The building itself is charming and beautiful on the outside but crumbly old on the inside with an elevator that was added on later on that stop between floors and can fit in only up to 3 people. If you don’t mind that the place is perfect otherwise for families for a short or an extended stay.“

„This is one of the best hotels I have stayed at in my whole life! The hotel is gorgeous and the staff is very friendly. We checked into this hotel right after we drove from Stepantsminda, and we were tired and hungry. The staff offered us breakfast and champagne and we were so grateful for that. Breakfast is spectacular, with the beautiful piano playing live. The location is perfect. There is an underground bridge nearby that leads you to where the good restaurants are.
