„Stayed for 2 nights with a family of 4. We loved it, mostly because of the staff. They are amazing and super helpful. The accommodation is not particularly easy to find and there is no designated parking but the staff came and got us from the main road, helped us find parking in a local garage, then carried our suitcases up the entire hill and into our room. Location is very convenient close to great shopping and dining (CHEF-CHAOUEN RESTAURANT is the best!). „The guesthouse has very nicely decorated rooms with wooden floors and ceilings. Staff is very friendly. They operate a second hotel which is more modern. We quite liked the older one. Had the whole house to ourselves as there were no other guests. Location is not an issue because the town is small. From there bus stop take a taxi to the City gate North of the Medina, not to the parador hotel where drivers usually drop you. It's shorter to walk. “

„We stayed one night here, I couldn’t have stayed any longer here. It was absolutely freezing, the weather wasn’t that great obviously not there fault but they had no heat in the room, they did have a little space heater in the room but wasn’t very powerful, The bathroom was very small, I stayed with my dad and requested two beds.
