Nestled in Greenville's Eastside, Taylor's Grove East offers a blend of modern comfort and convenience. Park in the paved driveway and step into a cozy living space. Kick back on the couch and tune into your preferred streaming service on the TV (no cable provided), all while connected with high-speed WiFi, or grab a book and nestle into one of two cozy arm chairs.

The kitchen stands ready for your culinary adventures with its stainless steel appliances and granite countertops. A dining area offers seating for four, complemented by two more at the kitchen island. For convenience, the home also features a half bathroom downstairs.

Guests have access to our entire home with the exception of a locked cleaning closet.

We're just a message away if needed, but otherwise tend to allow our guests to keep to themselves.
Smoking is permitted outside, provided all exterior doors are closed and buds are disposed of safely (i.e., not in a trash bag/paper cup/or other flammable container).

Smoking indoors or leaving buds in the yard is prohibited and will incur a $250 fine.

No tampering with wifi router, security camera, or smart lock.
