The various outdoor spaces offer plenty of room for relaxation: the large terrace with pool and barbecue facing south, a sheltered west terrace and on the east side of the villa is an intimate terrace that you reach through a cozy courtyard. Here you can have breakfast in the sun or cool down on hot afternoons. On the first floor there is a terrace, also facing east. Finally, for the sporty types, there is a gym in the basement!

Surroundings Villa Marlin
The villa is situated on a hill, in a small, quiet villa district, half an hour's drive from Faro airport. The Porta Nova train station, which connects Faro with Tavira via Olhao, is a 10-minute walk away. This train track runs up to the Spanish border. As you are also only a 20-minute walk from Tavira town centre, you would not need a car if you wanted to.

Located on the banks of the Rio Gilão, Tavira has a friendly atmosphere. It is lovely strolling through the centre with the old Moorish quarter, squares and parks, terraces, cafés and many restaurants. The ferries to the beautiful islands off the coast depart from the river. Beautiful patrician houses from the Renaissance are reflected in the Rio Gilão. Cube-shaped houses with the typical roofs tell about the oriental influences.
The castle ruins offer beautiful views over the city and the old Roman footbridge over the Rio Gilão connects the two halves of the city. You are max. 15 minutes away from the kilometres of beaches of the Eastern Algarve. Four excellent golf courses are nearby.

Layout
Through the lockable gate you enter the villa via the front garden. Through the open hall you can go to the basement with laundry room and gym. Walking through the hall you reach the large open kitchen with all possible equipment on the left side and on the right side the large dining room with table, suitable for 8 persons. There are 2 air conditioners that cool or heat the ground floor. After the dining room you go down 3 steps to reach the sitting area facing south and west. Through the garden doors you go to the terraces and garden and the swimming pool with jacuzzi and sun deck.

The 4 bedrooms are on the first floor, all with a double bed and air conditioning.
Through the first hall you enter the master bedroom with its own dressing room and bathroom en suite.
Another spacious bedroom can be reached via this hall. Through this hall you can also access the east-facing terrace.
The 2nd hallway gives access to a 2nd bathroom and the other 2 bedrooms.
On the ground floor there is another toilet with washbasin. By the pool is an outdoor shower.

Remarks:

- Youth groups under 26 years of age are not permitted.
- Electricity included up to 150 KwH per week. After that at cost price.
- Extra cleaning in between is possible at an extra charge of € 150.
