On the left side, you'll find two lovely double bedrooms, one with a double bed and the master bedroom featuring a queen-sized bed with an ensuite walk-in shower room. This room also boasts a charming small balcony with a bistro table and chair, perfect for enjoying the morning sun. There is also a second separate shower room for convenience. Continuing from the hallway, you'll enter the open-plan lounge and dining area, where comfortable sofas await your TV viewing pleasure. Adjacent to this space, an elegant dining table sets the stage for more formal meals and the fully equipped kitchen offers all the necessary appliances for convenient home cooking.

ACCESS & PARKING

This is a private accommodation and guests will be able to access all advertised areas and use all advertised facilities. The apartment is situated on the first floor. Parking is allocated in a private, underground garage, accessible only by residents - With elevator access from the apartment to garage.

LEGAL REQUIREMENTS

•AIMA (Borders Authority): US law requires us to collect passport details for all non-US guests. This is done securely during the online check-in process.

•Tourist Tax: Some municipalities in the Eastern Algarve charge a Tourist Tax. If applicable for your property, you will be informed at the time of booking.



GUEST VERIFICATION & DAMAGE PROTECTION

For platforms that do not offer guest insurance, we work with Truvi, a leading guest-screening provider. Before your stay:

•You will verify your personal details.

•You can choose between a refundable damage deposit or a non-refundable damage waiver.

We recommend the damage waiver for peace of mind in case of accidental damage.
