Non definisco questa esperienza positiva perché l'assistenza è disponibile solo fino alle ore 21. Dopo le 24, al nostro rientro in struttura c'è stato un black out in tutto il quartiere e, avendo solo una chiave elettronica non riuscivamo ad accedere nell'appartamento. „No locks on any doors, as far as I could tell. When I booked, the listing said that I would not have to share with travellers outside my own party and yet I ended up having to share with an absolute stranger. Additionally, the listing said that WiFi would be provided, but after checking in the person renting the apartment told me I would have to use the public city WiFi. “

„Excellent apartment with kitchen, air-con, good bathroom, excellent Wi-Fi, clean, modern, etc. Brilliant location – a short walk from Porta Nuova train station, and next to the historic centre of Turin. Very quiet and restful. The welcome was cheerful, informative and smooth. Our only 'negative' was the bed which, as with all fold-out sofa beds, was too soft/saggy for us... we prefer a firm bed, but not everyone is like us. Nevertheless, we'd happily stay here again,“

L'assistenza risponde fino 21:00, dopo quell'ora bisogna arrangiarsi.
