The property was okay. It could use some TLC. In the bathroom, the towel holders and toilet paper holders are not attached very well to the wall. The baseboards are very dusty. The cabinets are dated throughout the entire house. The doors have stains on them, and any extra linen is thrown up on the shelving in the closet. The picture of the living room furniture is not accurate. The sofas in the living room are extremely uncomfortable and stained. The bedroom only had 1 nightstand, and a jacket/pants were left hanging in a wardrobe. The beds were okay except for the pillows; everyone complained about them being so uncomfortable. We were there for a wedding, so we spent minimal time in the home. There was only 1 towel allotted per guest, no hand towels, and no washcloths. We went to Target, purchased them, and left them for future guests. I noticed a previous comment about the smell of marijuana. We smelled it as well. Our check-in time was pushed back an hour, and when we arrived, it was still not ready. We waited an additional 30 minutes. The cleaning crew told us they needed more time. We asked for an 11 am check out and were given that request. Quiet neighborhood. With improvements to the upkeep and furniture, it could be a 5 star house.
