Upstairs is the main bathroom with large shower and bath plus a study space just off the landing. At the front is plenty of private parking and a large garden is at the back. A great space for a short beak or longer stay for work.

The house is all yours to enjoy and completely private. There are 3 locked off bedrooms upstairs.



The Neighborhood:

Perfectly positioned close to local shops and amenities and just a 10 minute walk from Taunton train station. Taunton town centre is a further 20 minutes walk and buses also take you in if needed.



Other Things to Note:

No pets allowed.



There is an old pond at the top of the garden - please be very carfeul as it is quite a drop.

Roost are the managing agents and will be on call during your stay.
