„Stayed for business, having been here a couple of times over the last few years. The staff are very polite, helpful and friendly and the hotel is lovely. Well maintained with very good facilities including the Brasserie and more casual sports bar. The only minor issue was the lack of an iron and board in my room, and the air conditioning set rather low. The latter didn't really matter as the bed was very warm and comfortable.“

„Ein renoviertes historisches Hotel direkt am neu gestalteten Marktplatz in Kings Lynn. Guter Service. Zwei Restaurants bieten gute Küche. Die Zimmer sind zweckmäßig, allerdings sind die Fenster (historisch ?) nur Einfachverglast. Dadurch wenig Lärm- und Kälteschutz. Trotzdem kann man das Hotel empfehlen.“
