„The apartment is beautiful and classy, and the surrounding area is fantastic!! The pools are just a short walk away and very nice. The landscaping is gorgeous. The club pool is walkable distance, though we preferred to drive, and is very nice to visit! You can tell it is a fairly new rental, as there are a few small flaws - some of the upstairs bedroom curtains not working properly, the upstairs bed was pretty squeaky and loud (we may have only noticed since we were trying not to wake a baby ...

„Das Apartment war nicht nur sauber sondern auch sehr gut eingerichtet. Zum Strand sind es zu Fuss nur ein paar Minuten. Man sollte jedoch nicjt unterschätzen, dass man auf dem Rückweg einen sehr steilen Berg zu Fuß hoch gehen muss. Dies ist eventuell nicht für alle so optimal. Selbst ich der sich als sportlich bezeichnet war danach erstmal aus der Puste. Der Weg zum Strand lohnt sich dann jedoch umsomehr. Einer der schönsten Strände Costa Ricas. Ich würde immer wieder bei Yvette buchen!“

„Location was fabulous! On beach and quick walk to town. Perfect. Pool was beautiful and large. Only ‘hiccup’ was the shower head probably needed cleaning out because very little water came from the shower head off entry. Patio furniture was peeling and rusty.“

„My family of 5 really enjoyed staying at this property. It was right inside the entrance to Los Suenos and a very short drive to the beach club, several restaurants and the marina. We saw monkeys, a sloth and scarlet macaws right on property. The pools were pristine and the view from this condo is extraordinary. We had a great time and would stay here again.“

„This property was beautifully appointed and had everything we needed. The view off of the balcony was stunning, with trees, ocean, and wildlife. The walk to the beach from our unit was only 2-3 minutes. There were several good restaurants across the road from the complex, but we also did a bit of easy cooking in the unit. The complex is located just between Jaco and Parrita and was easy to get to other areas of interest. I would recommend this rental to everyone!“
