Ground floor:
- 38 m² living room with TV, sofa and dining area
- Fully equipped kitchen with oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob, etc.
- Bedroom 1: queen-size bed (160x200) with en-suite shower room and WC.

On the first floor:
- Bedroom 2: one queen-size bed (160×200)
- Bedroom 3: two single beds
- Bathroom with shower and bath
- Separate WC

For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: high chair, washing machine, cot, plancha, fan, ironing board and iron.

Outside:
- A private 5x10m swimming pool (unheated) with alarm, open from 1 May to 30 September.
- A lovely 1,000 m² garden and a 60 m² south-facing terrace with furniture to enjoy the fine weather.

The house is ideally located in Tarascon, in very pleasant surroundings. All the essential shops are close by, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets, etc.

- Saint-Rémy-de-Provence 7 minutes away, with its galleries and the Roman remains of Glanum to visit
- Avignon 25 minutes away, Arles 32 minutes, Sainte Marie de la mer 1 hour.

Public transport:
If you choose to come by car, you can park directly under the carport (2 spaces) and in the courtyard of the house.
