„This place is fabulous! Location, amenities, common grounds are beautiful. Our room was outdated. They have slapped some paint on it to make it look better but doors, fixtures, and bathrooms show signs of many years of wear and tear. At the end of the day that didn ’t matter. The beds were comfortable, the staff is helpful and polite. Food was delicious, drinks were great. Overall we would go back any time.“

„Begrüßung, Check-In und Frühstück waren gut, die bauliche Substanz weniger. Der offensichtliche Renovierungsversuch bestand m.E. hauptsächlich aus einem Anstrich. Insbesondere der Zustand des Bads hatte viel Luft nach oben. Farbespuren auf Türrahmen und Boden, loser Wasserhahn, Geruch aus dem Abfluss und kein Handtuchhalter. Schade! Für eine Nacht haben wir das akzeptiert.“

„Sauberes und ruhiges Hotel.Es wurde des öfteren gesaugt und Betten überzogen.

„We were only here 2 nights hanging with friends. When we first walked into the lobby area it smelled really clean and looked really nice. Once we got off the elevator towards our room, it smelled really bad. When we opened the door to our room it was stuffy and there was a smell. There was also a roach crawling behind the tv, the pool looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in years and the pillows had stains on them. I will not be staying here again.“

„The house was the perfect size for our family and fur babies! There are lots of extras to make the stay more enjoyable. HEB is within walking distance and the neighborhood was super cute and safe. Shopping and restaurants are about 5 minutes away and it’s easy to hop on I-10 to make a drive to SA. We will be back! “

„I liked that it didn't have a hotel feel. I didn't see staff but I also liked that.The room had everything you needed. It had more of a private feel than your usual hotel. Beautiful landscaping with nature all around. The location of Comfort has the feeling of going back in time which was very nice for relaxing vacation.“
