IMPORTANT - Energy Efficiency and Sustainability Notice: Please note the following electricity consumption limits:
* 1-bedroom accommodation: 20 kWh daily limit.
* 2-bedroom accommodation: 30 kWh daily limit.
* 3-bedroom accommodation: 40 kWh daily limit.
* 4-bedroom accommodation: 50 kWh daily limit.
* 5-bedroom accommodation: 60 kWh daily limit.
If your consumption exceeds these limits, an additional charge of MXN $5 per extra kWh per day will apply. This policy helps ensure fair energy use and promotes responsible consumption, benefiting both the environment and your wallet.



-Excessive noise inside and outside the cabin is strictly prohibited.
-The use of drugs inside the cabin, as well as any immoral behavior in common areas, is strictly prohibited. Anyone caught doing so will be reported to the authorities.
-Smoking inside the cabin and in the garden area is strictly prohibited.
-Guests will be required to turn off lights, air conditioners, fans, and electronic devices when they are not in use.
-Clothes or towels should not be hung on railings, balconies, or walls.
-Renters are not allowed to have guests.
