Verbesserungswürdig: Sauberkeit, Ausstattung und Zustand der Unterkunft
No parking at arrival and missed Snow tubing with my family-the whole reason we went.
No food in the restaurant-out of Fish, Chicken, Onion rings, special drinks both Saturday and Sunday
No one answered the phone for the dining experiences for an entire month before our trip-was told by Trails End Manager they had no phone and no phone line-he had to install it the day before my trip.
Also told by trails end manager he had to drive and get french fries for the entire hotel because no one even had fries.
Had to sit separately from family because had to make separate bookings because no one would answer the phone or return messages
waitress on our second night at the restaurant had a poor attitude
food and drinks on night 2 reservation was so bad we sent back 2 meal and a drink
We reserved a room for 5 people and were given 3 towels
The room phone did not work to call housekeeping or the front desk to request things in the room
We did not have fitted sheets on our bed.
Took a while to get the luggage carts.
Arcade has no unlimited game cards and is over priced
Overall this hotel was very poorly run. They were understaffed and the property bids not have enough spots to accommodate the number of people vacationing.
Kids loved snowtubing (even though I wasn't able to park and join them)
Kids loved the water park
Most staff were very nice
