1500 letters not enoughmet with cute holiday decorations at check-in, impressed But confused at bedtime when the 6 queen beds really were 4 full 2 queen, more awkward for teen cousins to share futons not pull-out couches, not enough spare sheets to cover them. Futon blanket stained. Crumbs & other gunk in between the seat & back crack as unfoldedpack n play listed was not there; owner had one delivered the next day. Most of the rooms had dimmer lights - nice BUT one of the bedrooms' light couldn't be turned off completely. Owner's suggestion was to flip the breaker off at night, not reasonable as this also turns off electric sockets & eliminates charging for phones (& alarms). 3 rooms either w/o curtains or ones too small. no frosted glass on shower window. Undressing in those 3 bedrms & bathrm impossible when people, like the pool guy or other family, were outside.At breakfast in the morning, several plates had food from previous use. Pots/pans horribly scratched, cutting boards filthy, moldy, stained. Dishwasher not screwed into the counter. Under sink a gross mess.Floor sagged in several areas.Shower in main house cracked through, tub leaked - rotting floor? caulk moldyToilet paper holder falling off wallBedroom Closet - exposed wires & screwsCig. butts, broken glass, beer caps on porch. 1 porch door missing handle.Backyard furniture rusty & algaedSpiral stairs held by zip tie, exposed electric wires moreOwner didn't respond to refund request
