This perfectly located home base is 16 minutes away from the Tampa International Airport, 15 minutes away from Raymond James Stadium, 10 minutes away from Downtown and Armature Works, and 15 minutes away from Bush Gardens!!! Public Bus Stops 4 to 6 minutes walking distance.
Our guest suite is that cozy corner you can come to relax after having fun. Want to have a Romantic Intimate dinner? Bring some steaks, veggies, sausages to cook out on the grill!

The space is designed only for guests use.
Other things to note
Our goal is to give you as much privacy as possible. We have a false wall with sound proofing on the door that gives access to the main house. We live in the main house with our 17 year old daughter. It’s possible that coming in and out of the house we get to interact.
If there’s is any uncomfortable noise bothering you, please let me know!
Temperature is also control in the main house. We keep the thermostat at 75 degrees during the day and 71 degrees throughout the night. Feel free to reach out if the temperature is not comfortable enough for you. We will adjust it for you!
