Free guest parking for cars and dedicated parking available with $50 parking pass. Walking to International Plaza and nearby restaurants or even Raymond James stadium. You will be staying in a luxury apartment community and not a hotel. We ask that you act accordingly and treat our space and neighbors with the same respect you would show your own. *This community is a smoke free property. No smoking is permitted anywhere on site* *Please be prepared to provide guests names and date of birth as we perform background checks on all guests. Confirmed guests will be subject to a criminal background check. This is a requirement by the property owners and building management and therefore we must abide by their requirements. This apartment is located within 1,000 feet from a public high school and therefore convicted sex offenders are unable to stay in this building. *You will also be given the choice between paying a refundable deposit or buying a non-refundable damage waiver. We suggest you buy the damage waiver as this protects you in case you cause accidental damage during a booking. *Community rules and parking disclaimer will be sent via e-signature to all guests and must be completed prior to check in. The form will ask the reservation holder upload a photo of their ID. This is a requirement for the leasing office on site. *Additional guest, parking is first come first served along the street just outside the building. There is no assigned parking space for this unit but there are more than enough parking spaces. We highly recommend you use a ride share service like Lyft or Uber in Tampa.

CANCELLATIONS
The cancellation policy applies to all bookings. An additional $150 cancellation fee will be charged to cover credit card processing and admin fees on all cancellations.

RENTER'S AGREEMENT
A signed renter's agreement is required for all reservations, as well as a picture of a government-issued photo ID and a picture of your credit card used to book showing only the last 4 digits and your name. This is to prevent credit card fraud and is meant to protect you as the renter and us as hosts.

DEPOSIT
We require a $300 deposit for each reservation, which will be processed 3 days before your arrival. As long as there is no unexpected damage to the home, deposits are automatically refunded in full in 7 days.
